Year of Atlas membership

This season, the Fellowship includes the chance to help organize the Family Offices & Investors Summit at Climate Week NYC, our flagship gathering. Fellows go behind the scenes of a private, invitation-only room of principals and founders deploying capital into the frontier, one of the fastest ways to see how these rooms actually work.

THE PROGRAM

A private apprenticeship
in allocation.

A speaker in discussion at a recent Atlas gathering

Most investing education teaches you frameworks. The Atlas Fellowship teaches you the craft as it is actually practiced, through the allocators, general partners, and family offices principals who deploy capital into climate and frontier technology every week. The program pairs a rigorous six-week curriculum with live access to the Atlas network and a full year of community membership.

You leave with a real investment thesis, a memo you can put in front of a committee, and a network of peers and mentors who take your calls long after the cohort ends. This is not a course you finish. It is a room you get to stay in.

WHAT THE COHORT GIVES YOU

Five things you cannot
get from a book.

01

The Investing Curriculum

Six weeks across the climate and frontier tech stack, taught through the lens of the allocator: thesis, sourcing, diligence, structuring, and portfolio construction.

02

Expert Faculty

Keynotes, panels, and closed-door deep dives with over 40 investors per cohort. Direct, unvarnished, and off the record, the way real conversations about capital happen.

03

Live Dealflow

See how deals move through the Atlas network of 280+ verified family offices, from first look to syndication, and learn to read a deal the way a seasoned LP does.

04

The Community

A curated cohort of mission-driven principals and operators, plus one-on-one matching, regional gatherings, and a private channel that stays open for good.

05

The Credential

Graduate as an Atlas Fellow, a signal of judgement and seriousness in a field where trust is the whole currency. Carry it into every room you enter next.

Ongoing membership

Your enrollment includes a year in the Atlas community: future cohorts, the live session library, demo days, and the standing invitation to bring your family a seat at the table.

WHO IT'S FOR

Built for those about
to write checks.

Next-generation family offices principals

You are stepping into stewardship of family capital and want to allocate it with conviction, not just conserve it. Learn to build a mandate of your own and earn a seat in the network your career will lean on for decades.

Operators moving into investing

You have built companies and now want to back them. Translate operating instinct into an investing discipline, and meet the allocators who will co-invest beside you.

Angels scaling into a fund

You are writing checks already and thinking about a syndicate or a first fund. Learn the mechanics of SPVs, terms, and capital formation from people who run them at scale.

Professionals entering the frontier

You are moving from finance, law, policy, science, or corporate strategy into climate and frontier tech allocation. Get the literacy, the network, and the confidence to make the leap in six weeks, not two years.

who deploy.

Family offices principals, general partners, corporate venture leads, scientists, and founders who are building and funding the frontier right now. You will meet them in keynotes, panels, and small-group sessions, ask your own questions, and keep the relationship through your membership year.

NETWORK & DEALFLOW

The network is
the education.

Allocators and founders in conversation during a recent Atlas gathering

The Atlas Fellowship sits inside a working capital platform, not a classroom. Fellows see how introductions are made, how conviction forms across a network of allocators, and how a deal actually reaches close. The relationships you build here are the ones you will carry through your career.

IN THEIR WORDS

Trusted by the people
in the room.

WeTheAtlas has an outstanding international network. Their connections have led directly to significant, value-added investment in Aera's portfolio. I look forward to working with the team for years to come.

Nick Winstone
Managing Partner, Aera VC

WeTheAtlas has a rare talent for bridging startups and investors, and it has helped accelerate our mission to decarbonize cities. They bring strategic opportunities and insight that make them an ideal partner for any climate tech company. Just as important is their commitment to building community and their forward-thinking approach to a sustainable future.

Zachary Smith
Co-Founder, Zauben

I have followed WeTheAtlas for years, through the Atlas Coalition and the Adaptive Economy, and its impact on the climate and frontier tech ecosystem has been genuinely impressive. What sets them apart is not just the breadth of their family office and investor network, but the way it is built: with generosity, curiosity, and a real belief that capital should serve purpose as well as profit. The introductions are thoughtful, context-rich, and grounded in trust. Anyone serious about engaging investors in climate, resilience, and frontier tech would be well served by connecting with them.

Renato Silva
Co-Founder, Further.ag

Working with WeTheAtlas has been an inspiring experience. Their visionary leadership and strategic foresight are outstanding. Collaborating with them on the Family Offices & Investors Summit in the Bay Area during SF Climate Week 2025 was both a privilege and a masterclass in how to bring a room together.

Alessandra Caggiano
Investor & Ecosystem Builder

WeTheAtlas is exceptional at connecting people across backgrounds, especially climate investors, entrepreneurs, and fund managers. Their events are highly respected for both their content and their networking value, and the team knows genuinely influential people all over the world. If you want to reach the right people who care about climate and investing, this is who to work with.

Paul Burgon
Energy & Infrastructure Tech VC Investor

WeTheAtlas is the ultimate ecosystem builder and movement creator. I have watched the team out-innovate the tech community with ideas and network again and again, doubling down with action and success where others hesitate. Make no mistake: this is a force to be reckoned with, on a mission to change the world one climate tech investment at a time.

THE CAPSTONE

Leave with an investor's Rolodex,
not a certificate.

Every Fellow builds a real deliverable over the six weeks: an investment thesis, a live deal memo, or the scaffolding of a syndicate or first fund. You develop it with a small team of Fellows, pressure-test it in mentor hours, and present it to an investment committee of Atlas Council members on demo day.

Several theses built in the Fellowship have gone on to become real vehicles: SPVs, syndicates, and mandates that Fellows now run. This is the part of the program where the work becomes yours to keep.

QUESTIONS

Before you apply.

Do I need to be an investor already?+

No. Fellows range from people writing their first check to principals allocating family capital. What matters is that you are serious about deploying into climate and frontier technology and ready to do the work.

How much time does it take each week?+

Most Fellows spend six to ten hours a week. The program is built to flex around a working schedule, and every live session is recorded so you can engage on your own time.

Is it online or in person?+

The cohort is online and global, with optional regional gatherings across our hubs in Singapore, Bangkok, and San Francisco, plus the chance to help organize our summit at Climate Week NYC in person.

What do I actually leave with?+

A real investment thesis or deal memo, the Atlas Fellow credential, a year of community membership, and a network of allocators and peers you can call on well beyond the six weeks.

How does admission work?+

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We read for judgement, seriousness, and fit with the cohort. Submitting early improves your odds, since places are limited.

Is there a cost to join?+

No. The Fellowship is free. WeTheAtlas fully funds the program and your first year of community membership. We admit on merit and fit, and we would rather have the right people in the room than charge for a seat.

THE ATLAS STORY

Why we built this.

WeTheAtlas began as a simple observation: the capital that will fund the climate and frontier tech transition is sitting in family offices and private hands, and the people who hold it are often one relationship away from the founders who need it. So we built the bridge. Today the Atlas network connects more than 280 verified family offices with the ventures shaping energy, robotics, and resilience.

The Fellowship is the next step. The transition does not only need more capital. It needs more capable allocators, people who can read a frontier deal, hold conviction through the hard part, and deploy with judgement. That is who this program is built to make.

Now more than ever, the world needs bold capital to find bold builders. This is your invitation to become the person who makes that happen.
